How do I download videos from my video camera ipod to my Computer?

Every time i used to connect my i-pod to my computer, it would say if i would like to download the videos from my i-pod to my computer.
but now it dosen’t show up no more. and i don’t know how to download the videos from my i-pod to my computer.
Please Help!

Make sure your version of iTunes is up-to-date and that on the Summary Pane, there is a check in Enable Disk Use box. Then download your user guide from Apple.com/support.
