How do I delete sync videos off my ipod nano with the video camera?

I accidentally synced my own videos from my ipod into my ipod again. Now I have four of the same videos in the All Synced Videos part of the videos category. I tried holding down the center button to delete, but the delete selection didn’t drop. What happened?
