I have Windows Vista 32 on my computer. I have a HP425 digital camera that has the capability of doing short video clips as well as photos. My photos upload to my computer with no problem. But when I upload a video clip, it will not playback properly. I can hear the audio but the picture is just a black screen.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. It’s not a big deal but I would kind of like to be able to enjoy all the features of my camera.
Try going to
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm
and downloading the codec pack there. a codec is a file that tells you’re computer how to open a file. That should fix your problem.
