How do you copy video clips to PC from a Nokia phone?

Got a Nokia 6300 and have a load of video clips on it. I’ve tried using the Nokia Suite to copy them over but when I browse the phone’s memory card it shows an empty folder! I know another person has asked the same question; is this a common problem? Can anyone offer any ideas please?

This seems to be a common complaint, but it sounds like you are not in Data Storage Mode during the browsing. Check that you are and it should work!

there probably not on your memory card,there probably on the phone itself
