Use a VCD Cutter to run the movie, then rip out the portion you wanna import into wmm. You can download VCD Cutter free of cost from here:

http://www.toggle.com/lv/group/view/kl37023/VCD_Cutter.htm

After ripping the video out, save it in your hard disk. Check if it's in a format supported by wmm,if not,use a video converter to convert the file into *.avi or *.mpg . These are the extension names of the files wmm allows you to import into the storyboard.

To download a video converter, here's the link.

http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Multimedia_and_Graphics/Video_and_Animation_Tools/Total_Video_Converter.html

You'll have to save the file again after converting it. >_<

That's it,you're done. Now just simply open wmm and import the converted file. It's a rather complicated procedure, but works for me when I intend to import a video with an extension name not supported by wmm. :)
