Over the past several years, Disney has focused on creating Disney Vacation Club real estate when adding accommodations alternatives to the Walt Disney World portfolio of vacation rentals.
Even so, knowing that with the present financial state, travelers want cheaper price rooms to choose from, Walt Disney World has just declared they will be developing a new value-priced resort to start in 2012.
Particulars of the New Vacation resort
The brand new building will be named Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. It will feature relatives packages and locations much like those offered by Disney’s All-Star and Pop Century hotels.
In accordance with Walt Disney World’s initial affirmation on the project, this new hotel will be positioned next to Pop Century, in the place that was to initially contain the “early decades” wings of that vacation resort. This will let them utilize existing building construction that was commenced, but never accomplished, when the initial period of Pop Century hotel opened in 2003.
When finished, the Art of Animation Hotel will pay 1,120 family members suites consisting of a master bedroom location with a separate lounge that will cater up to six. Walt Disney World began screening the family selection strategy about three years ago at Disney’s All-Star Music Vacation resort with good success. It will offer 864 standard suites, which accommodate up to four.
